Dandelion Benefits

Do you remember those yellow weeds that you used to put under your face to make yourself glow?  Well it turns out that these are actually very beneficial for our health!  They are considered an herb and can be made into medicine.

Dandelions are rich in vitamin-C, calcium, antioxidants, iron, and protein.  They are also highly diuretic, so they help remove toxins in your system while assisting with weight loss.
